Navigating career changes can be isolating, with limited feedback and support. nSpire sought to address this by offering:

Personal note: one of the biggest lessons from this project was the importance of validating ideas early. We were excited about the potential of nSpire and dove straight into designing high-concept features like AI-powered resumes and mentor matching, but we didn’t test early prototypes with real users soon enough.
Had we done that, we could’ve uncovered usability issues and gaps in the user journey much earlier. Instead, some core assumptions were only challenged during later-stage testing, which meant we had to revisit flows and rework features after investing time in polishing.
